As much as we want you to experience the Mayraki treatment ritual, we do understand sometime circumstances changed. So if you are not satisfied with our product, Please let us know within 7 days after you receive the product to our support email at Support@hairmayraki.com. We will provide you with our return authorization and also shipping destination. Simply return us the product in original packaging condition, and we will be happy to reimburse the full cost of the product, minus the shipping.
Please do not return the product without the authorization from us as we will not be able to properly locate and handle your return package. We recommend that you ship the return package via the registered mail, e.g. UPS or FedEx for your protection and higher reliability. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your orders and We are sorry that the shipping fee incurred to ship the product to you is not refundable.
Mayraki can only receive and process return and refund requests within 30 calendar days from the day the package is delivered to you. Your return and refund requests will be rejected if it's submitted after 30 calendar days.
After the product reaches our return centre, we will need to ascertain that product is new and in original packaging. After the verification is completed, Mayraki will then commence the refund process. Please note that the refund process might take 7 - 10 working days to complete. Your fund will be credited back to your credit card / PayPal account depending on the mode of payment that you used.
Mayraki reserves the right to reject the return and refund if the product has been used or not in the original packaging condition.
Lastly, if your total shipment is over $75, We recommend you to use a reliable shipping courier, or that you purchase the insurance for your package. As incident do happen, and we are not responsible for any lost packages.
